Delta Airlines is changing its flight plan and leaving the Lubbock market. The airline's current daily schedule consists of three flights between Memphis and LIA will but drop down to one on April first.Then that remaining flight will end on May first. Lubbock Airport Director James Loomis said Delta has four years remaining on its terminal lease agreement.
