A fist fight escalates into a much more violent confrontation where one of the combatants was stabbed. Lubbock police report 30-year-old Lonnie Turner has critical injuries multiple stab wounds inflicted by 38-year-old Noel Wright.
Wright was found located near the Ranch Oaks Apartments on east 29th and is jailed on aggravated assault charges.
